There are number of file hosting services available in the android market. The best that I have used till now is Dropbox.
Dropbox is operated by Dropbox, Inc. and it can be used to to store and share files and folders with others using file synchronization. to know more follow this link.
The Dropbox application can be downloaded from the android market. This application helps to share your Dropbox contents from the mobile.
A free user can use a space of 2GB only.
